What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino covers specific expenses related to the initial training program. Amorino is responsible for the costs of the training instructors, the facilities used for training, and the training materials provided. This indicates that franchisees do not have to directly pay for these aspects of the training.

However, franchisees are responsible for all other expenses associated with the training. These costs include the salaries of the employees attending the training, their travel expenses, lodging, and dining costs. This applies to the initial training program in Paris, France, and any on-site training provided at the store.

For franchisees who sign an area development agreement, Amorino only covers the ten-day initial training in Paris for the first location. Additionally, Amorino provides on-site training for five days at the first, second, and third stores, but not for any subsequent stores. This means that for additional stores beyond the third, the franchisee bears the full cost of training, including the instructor, facilities, and materials.
