You shall accurately report to Amorino the Store's Gross Revenue and such other financial information, as Amorino may reasonably require, using the procedures and Amorino prescribes periodically.
Reports shall be due on the date prescribed by Amorino, and shall be signed by an authorized representative, attesting to their accuracy.
You also shall provide to Amorino such other reports, computer back-up and other information that Amorino may reasonably request.
