What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the performance reports submitted to Amorino by a franchisee must be signed by an authorized representative. These reports include the Store's Gross Revenue and other financial information that Amorino may reasonably require. Amorino will periodically prescribe the procedures for these reports and specify the due dates.

This requirement ensures that the financial data provided to Amorino is accurate and verified. By having an authorized representative sign the reports, Amorino holds someone accountable for the correctness of the information. This is a standard practice in franchising, as franchisors rely on franchisee-submitted data for various purposes, including calculating royalties and assessing the overall performance of the franchise system.

For a prospective Amorino franchisee, this means designating an individual within their organization who is authorized to attest to the accuracy of the financial reports. This representative should have a thorough understanding of the store's financial performance and the reporting requirements set by Amorino. Failing to submit accurate and signed reports could potentially lead to penalties or other consequences as outlined in the franchise agreement.
