What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must appoint a Project Manager to oversee the construction of their store. This individual is responsible for managing and monitoring the entire construction process.
Prior to construction, the franchisee is required to submit all construction plans, site plans, and blueprints for the franchised location to Amorino for review and approval. The store must be built according to Amorino's standards and specifications, including design, decor, layout, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, and signage, as detailed in the Shop Design & Layout Guidelines. Amorino will provide written specifications for the necessary supplies, equipment, and signs.
This requirement ensures that each Amorino store maintains a consistent brand image and operational standard. By designating a Project Manager, Amorino aims to streamline the construction process and ensure adherence to its guidelines, which ultimately protects the brand's reputation and customer experience. The franchisee's choice of Project Manager is crucial, as this person will be the point of contact for all construction-related matters and must ensure that the store meets Amorino's specifications.
