What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the travel and lodging expenses during the initial training program in Paris. The initial training program's first ten days take place at Amorino's headquarters in Paris, France. Amorino covers the costs for the training instructors, facilities, and materials.

However, the franchisee must cover all other costs and expenses related to complying with Amorino's training requirements. These expenses include the salary, travel, lodging, and dining costs for all employees who participate in the training. This means that if the Supervising Principal or Manager attends the training in Paris, the franchisee will need to budget for their airfare, hotel, meals, and wages during that time.

This allocation of expenses is fairly typical in the franchise industry, where the franchisor provides the core training program, but the franchisee bears the responsibility for getting themselves and their personnel to the training location and covering their living expenses. Prospective Amorino franchisees should factor these costs into their initial investment calculations.
