You must investigate, keep informed of and comply, and cause your employees to comply, at your own expense, with all local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations and ordinances in effect any time related to the operation of the Store. These include but are not limited to all food and safety regulations, truth in advertising laws, disability access requirements, wage and hour laws, labor laws, tax laws, zoning laws, and customer data privacy regulations including but not limited to the European General Data Protection Regulations. You must obtain maintain all Approvals necessary for the operation of the Franchised Business.
