What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Proprietary Products are products, recipes, and menu items that incorporate Amorino's trade secrets and proprietary information. These Proprietary Products may change over time at Amorino's discretion, as outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
As a franchisee, you are required to purchase these Proprietary Products, along with other Amorino Goods and Services, from Amorino or its designated suppliers. The prices for these items are determined by Amorino and are subject to change based on the supplier's current purchase terms and conditions. A significant portion of these goods and services must be acquired from Amorino's affiliates, specifically -18° and Amorino Trading, LLC.
Amorino retains the right to re-inspect and re-evaluate the products of any approved supplier and may revoke approval if the products no longer meet their standards or for other business reasons. If approval is revoked, franchisees must cease selling the disapproved products and stop purchasing from the disapproved supplier. This ensures consistency and quality control across all Amorino franchise locations.
