What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Proprietary Products are a key element of the Amorino system. These products encompass the recipes and menu items that incorporate Amorino's trade secrets and proprietary information. Amorino retains the right to change these products from time to time at its discretion, as outlined in the franchise agreement.

As a franchisee, you are required to purchase these Proprietary Products, along with other Amorino Goods and Services, from Amorino or its designated suppliers. This ensures consistency and quality across all franchise locations. The prices for these goods and services are determined by the supplier and are subject to change based on their current purchase terms and conditions.

This requirement to purchase from approved suppliers is a common practice in franchising, designed to maintain brand standards and protect proprietary information. However, it also means that franchisees have limited flexibility in sourcing products and may be subject to pricing set by Amorino or its affiliates. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these factors and evaluate the potential impact on their profitability.
