What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before starting construction on the franchised location, a franchisee must submit all construction plans, site plans, and blueprints for Amorino's review and approval. This ensures that the store's design and construction align with Amorino's standards and specifications, as detailed in the Shop Design & Layout Guidelines. These guidelines cover design, decor, and layout.

Furthermore, the franchisee is responsible for building out the store according to Amorino's standards, which include requirements for fixtures, furnishings, equipment, interior and exterior signage, artwork, and graphics. Amorino will provide the franchisee with written specifications for the initial and replacement supplies, equipment, and signs needed for the store.

This process is typical in franchising, where maintaining brand consistency and customer experience is crucial. By requiring approval of construction plans, Amorino ensures that each location reflects the brand's image and operational standards. The franchisee must also appoint a Project Manager to oversee the construction, highlighting the importance of proper management during the build-out phase.
