Does Amorino offer Area Development Agreements?

Amorino Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We may grant you the right to open multiple Amorino Stores within a specific geographic area according to a development schedule, by entering into an Area Development Agreement with you. The development schedule, which we will negotiate with you before you sign the Area Development Agreement, will set the number of Amorino Stores you are required to open and the date by which each is to be open. The minimum number of outlets required to be opened under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement is two, and may be higher. For the first outlet, you must sign the Franchise Agreement included in this Franchise Disclosure Document. Upon establishing each additional outlet under the development schedule in the Area Development Agreement, you will be required to sign a then-current Franchise Agreement, which may differ from the current Franchise Agreement included with this Franchise Disclosure Document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

Yes, according to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino may grant franchisees the right to open multiple Amorino stores within a specific geographic area through an Area Development Agreement. This agreement includes a development schedule that outlines the number of Amorino stores the franchisee is required to open and the dates by which each store must be operational.

The minimum number of stores required under the Area Development Agreement is two, but it could be higher depending on negotiations. For the initial store, the franchisee must sign the standard Franchise Agreement included in the FDD. For each subsequent store opened under the Area Development Agreement, the franchisee will be required to sign a current Franchise Agreement, which may differ from the original agreement.

This means that prospective Amorino franchisees have the option to commit to developing multiple locations, securing a defined territory for expansion. However, the terms of the Franchise Agreement for future locations may change, introducing some uncertainty. It is important for potential franchisees to carefully consider the development schedule and negotiate terms that are feasible and align with their business goals.
