What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino is not obligated to establish and maintain a website for the Amorino system. The FDD states that Amorino may, but is not required to, establish and maintain a website to provide information about the System and the goods and services that their stores provide. Amorino retains sole discretion and control over the content of any such website.

This means that as a franchisee, you cannot rely on Amorino to provide a website to promote your specific location or the Amorino system in general. While a website could be a valuable tool for attracting customers and providing information, Amorino is not contractually bound to provide or maintain one.

Prospective franchisees should consider the implications of this lack of obligation. If Amorino does not maintain a website, franchisees may need to invest more heavily in their own marketing efforts to attract customers. It would be prudent to inquire with Amorino about their current website strategy and whether they have plans to develop or maintain a website in the future, even though they are not obligated to do so.
