After notification, how long does Amorino have to consider an Amorino franchisee's request to participate in an event?
Amorino Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If you desire to participate in any such event or events in your Development Territory, you must notify us of the type and location of the event, the nature of your proposed participation and any other information we reasonably request.
We will have a reasonable time to consider and grant or deny your request or to elect to undertake the participation ourselves.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to participate in a special event in their development territory, they must inform Amorino of the event's specifics, including its type, location, and the nature of their intended involvement, along with any other information Amorino reasonably requests.
Amorino then has a reasonable time to consider the franchisee's request and decide whether to approve or deny it. Alternatively, Amorino may choose to participate in the event themselves.
What constitutes a "reasonable time" is not defined in the FDD, so a prospective franchisee should clarify this with Amorino. This is important for franchisees to understand, as it dictates how much advance notice they need to provide to Amorino before committing to an event.
