We currently advertise on social media in the United States.

We do not currently produce advertising materials; however you must purchase from us or our approved supplier all promotional materials designated by us to promote the sale of new and featured products. (Franchise Agreement, Section 12.C) We may elect to utilize various local, regional, and/or national media campaigns in the future which may include radio, television, magazine, newspaper, and internet advertising campaigns.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company currently advertises on social media in the United States. However, Amorino is not obligated to conduct advertising for franchisees. Amorino may elect to utilize various local, regional, and/or national media campaigns in the future which may include radio, television, magazine, newspaper, and internet advertising campaigns.

While Amorino does not currently charge an advertising fee, they retain the right to do so in the future, up to three percent of a franchisee's annual Gross Revenue. The funds collected would be used for advertising, marketing, and public relations initiatives as designated by Amorino. Company-owned stores may not be required to contribute to these initiatives, and franchised stores may not be required to contribute equally. Amorino does not provide an audit or accounting of advertising expenditures or fees collected, and franchisees cannot obtain an accounting of the advertising fund.

Prospective franchisees should note that Amorino has sole discretion in determining how to spend advertising funds and selecting advertising materials and programs, with a good faith effort to act in the best interests of the system on a national or regional basis. However, Amorino is not required to spend any amount from these funds on advertising or promotions in a franchisee's specific area, and national, regional, or local advertising efforts may not equitably reach all markets. Franchisees can develop their own advertising and marketing materials at their own expense, subject to Amorino's requirements, recommendations, and prior approval.
