What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes ten days held at their headquarters in Paris, France. This portion of the training is mandatory for the Supervising Principal or Manager of the new Amorino franchise. Amorino covers the costs for the training instructors, facilities, and materials during this period.

However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all other expenses associated with the training. These expenses include the salary, travel, lodging, and dining costs for the employees attending the training. If a franchisee signs an area development agreement, Amorino only provides the ten-day Paris training for the first location.

In addition to the ten-day training in Paris, Amorino also provides on-site training for five days at the franchisee's first, second, and third stores. This on-site training is not provided for any additional stores beyond the first three. The FDD states that the initial training program must be completed to Amorino's satisfaction before the store can open.
