What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive five consecutive days of on-site training at their store location. This on-site training is part of the initial training program and is provided to assist with the store opening.
Specifically, Amorino trainers will help organize the store and direct operations during the opening. The franchisee's Supervising Principal and Manager (if applicable) must be present during this on-site training period. While the training itself is provided at no additional charge, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel, lodging, dining, and related expenses for the Amorino trainers.
It's important to note that if a franchisee signs an area development agreement, Amorino only provides this five-day on-site training for the first, second, and third stores opened. For any subsequent stores under the area development agreement, the franchisee will not receive this on-site training from Amorino.
