We began selling franchises and master franchises for Amorino branded stores and other outlets for the sale of specialty gelato and sorbet and related products in August 2021. Our agent for service of process is listed in Exhibit A. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business, nor do we materially engage in any other business activities.
