If you operate multiple Amorino Stores, or if such supervisor is unable to devote his or her full time and efforts to the management and operation of the Store then, in addition to such supervisor, you must select an individual to serve as your manager. Any manager (or replacement manager) shall be subject to our prior approval and determination that he or she meets the qualifications for the position. We do not require the manager (or any replacement manager) to own any interest in the franchisee, but he or she must complete our initial training program to our satisfaction prior to assuming any management responsibilities at your Store. The manager must devote his or her full time and efforts to the operation and management of your Store, and may not engage in any other business or activity that would require substantial management responsibility or time commitment.
We require that you or, if you are a business entity, each of your owners, and their spouses or registered domestic partners, sign a personal guaranty in a form acceptable to us, to guaranty your performance under the franchise agreement and any other related agreements.

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any manager or replacement manager is subject to Amorino's prior approval. Amorino must determine that the manager meets the qualifications for the position. The manager is not required to own any interest in the franchisee. However, the manager must complete Amorino's initial training program to Amorino's satisfaction before assuming any management responsibilities at the store.
The manager must devote their full time and efforts to the operation and management of the Amorino store. This ensures that the manager is fully dedicated to the success of the Amorino franchise.
Additionally, Amorino requires each individual who attends the initial training program, including the manager, to sign a confidentiality and noncompete agreement in a form acceptable to them. This protects Amorino's proprietary information and prevents the manager from competing with Amorino during and after their tenure.
