What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino may use mystery shoppers to inspect stores. These mystery shoppers pose as regular customers to evaluate the store experience. They observe and take notes on various aspects of their visit and then provide reports to Amorino.

Amorino uses these reports to ensure that franchisees are complying with the franchise agreement and to maintain the overall quality of the franchise system. This type of evaluation is a common practice in the franchise industry to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction across all locations.

Furthermore, the FDD states that Amorino has the discretion to use the results of these mystery shopper reports to determine a franchisee's eligibility for discounts on products that the franchisee is required to purchase from Amorino's affiliates. This creates an incentive for franchisees to maintain high standards and adhere to the franchise agreement, as it could lead to cost savings on required purchases.
