What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program for an area development franchise takes place primarily at Amorino's headquarters in Paris, France. Specifically, the first ten days of the initial training program are conducted in Paris.
While Amorino provides the training instructors, facilities, and materials, the franchisee is responsible for covering all other costs associated with the training. These costs include the salaries, travel, lodging, and dining expenses for all employees who participate in the training program. This can represent a significant investment for new franchisees.
It is important to note that Amorino only provides the ten-day initial training in Paris for the franchisee's first location under the area development agreement. Additionally, Amorino offers on-site training for five days at the first, second, and third stores, but not for any subsequent stores opened by the area developer. This tiered approach to training support means that franchisees will need to develop their own internal training capabilities as they expand their operations beyond the initial few locations.
