What information must a franchisee provide to Amorino for site evaluation?
Amorino Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Before you open your Store, we will expend time and effort and incur expenses as reasonably required to inspect a site you propose to lease or purchase for your Store. When you sign the franchise agreement, we will mutually agree upon a site selection area in which you can propose the location for your store. For each site you propose, we will review all the information you provide us in order to evaluate the location, including demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, parking, character of the neighborhood, information on other area businesses, and information on the lease terms or purchase price for the proposed site. We agree not to unreasonably delay our review and notice of approval or disapproval of the proposed site and lease terms. (Franchise Agreement, Sections 4.A and 4.B).
We consider various objective and subjective factors, as well as our business experience, in reviewing your proposed initial location and any potential new locations. Approval of the location is at our sole discretion. Amorino will approve or refuse to approve a proposed site within 30 days after the receipt of all information that Amorino may reasonably require in connection with its evaluation of your proposed location. (Franchise Agreement, Section 4.A) You must identify a location to serve as your franchised location for the Store by the date set forth in the franchise agreement or we have the right to terminate the franchise agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before a franchisee opens their store, Amorino will spend time and effort to inspect a proposed site for lease or purchase. The franchisee must provide Amorino with all the information needed to evaluate the location. This information includes demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, parking availability, the character of the neighborhood, details on other businesses in the area, and information on the lease terms or purchase price of the proposed site.
Amorino will then review the provided information, considering both objective and subjective factors, as well as their business experience, to evaluate the proposed location. The approval of the site is at Amorino's sole discretion. Amorino will approve or reject a proposed site within 30 days after receiving all the necessary information from the franchisee.
It is important for prospective Amorino franchisees to gather comprehensive data about potential sites to ensure a smooth approval process. Failure to identify a suitable location by the date specified in the franchise agreement may result in the termination of the agreement. Additionally, Amorino does not intend to own the premises or lease it to the franchisee; the franchisee is required to lease the premises from a landlord unrelated to Amorino or purchase the premises. The lease must be submitted to Amorino for approval before it is signed and must contain specific provisions.
