What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee has the opportunity to provide Amorino goods or services at special events within their protected area, such as fairs, sporting events, exhibitions, charity events, concerts, or conventions, they must notify Amorino of the opportunity.
If the franchisee desires to participate in such events, they must inform Amorino about the type and location of the event, the nature of their proposed participation, and any other information Amorino reasonably requests. This ensures Amorino is aware of the franchisee's activities and can maintain brand consistency.
Amorino then has a reasonable time to consider the request and either grant or deny it. Alternatively, Amorino may choose to participate in the event themselves. This process allows Amorino to control how its brand is represented at various events and to ensure that all activities align with its overall marketing strategy.
