If you have the opportunity to provide Amorino goods or services at special events in your Protected Area, such as at fairs, sporting events, exhibitions, charity events, concerts, conventions and the like, you agree to notify us of the opportunity.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to participate in special events within their protected area, such as fairs, sporting events, exhibitions, charity events, or concerts, they must first notify Amorino of the opportunity. If the franchisee desires to participate in such events, they must inform Amorino of the event's type and location, the nature of their proposed participation, and any other information Amorino reasonably requests.
Amorino retains the right to consider the franchisee's request and either grant or deny it. Alternatively, Amorino may choose to undertake the participation themselves. This clause ensures that Amorino maintains control over its brand representation at public events and can strategically decide how to engage with potential customers.
This requirement allows Amorino to ensure brand consistency and quality control across all events associated with the franchise. It also gives Amorino the option to manage high-profile events directly, potentially maximizing brand exposure and revenue. For a franchisee, this means they cannot independently represent the Amorino brand at events without prior approval, which could impact their ability to market their franchise locally.
