What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees who develop their own advertising and marketing materials must adhere to the requirements and recommendations outlined in the current operating manual. Additionally, all such materials are subject to Amorino's prior approval.

Amorino will review submitted advertising and marketing materials and make a good faith effort to either accept or reject them within 15 days of receipt. Franchisees are prohibited from using any advertising or marketing materials until they receive approval from Amorino.
