What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Amorino Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must notify Amorino and provide the necessary information when seeking approval for items of equipment, furnishings, or fixtures not previously approved. Specifically, if a franchisee wants to purchase or lease any item of equipment, furnishings, or fixtures not previously approved by Amorino, they must first notify Amorino.
Following notification, Amorino may require the franchisee to provide photographs, drawings, specifications, and/or other information to determine compliance with Amorino's specifications. This allows Amorino to ensure that all items used in the franchise meet their standards for design and functionality, maintaining brand consistency across all locations.
Amorino will then advise the franchisee within a reasonable time whether the proposed equipment, furnishings, or fixtures comply with their standards and specifications. This process ensures that franchisees do not deviate from the established brand standards without prior review and approval from Amorino, helping to maintain the overall quality and appearance of the franchise.
