What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement strictly limits the use of the franchised location to the operation of the Amorino business. Amorino grants the franchisee the right to use its system, proprietary marks, and copyrighted materials solely for this purpose. The franchisee agrees to use these assets only in connection with operating the franchised business.
This means a franchisee cannot use the Amorino store for any other business ventures or activities outside of the scope of the Amorino franchise agreement. The agreement specifies that the franchisee's rights are limited to the retail sale of authorized products at the designated store location. This restriction ensures that the franchisee focuses exclusively on the Amorino business and upholds the brand's standards and image.
This requirement is typical in franchising, as franchisors want to maintain consistency and control over their brand. By limiting the use of the franchised location, Amorino can ensure that the store operates according to its established system and standards, which helps protect the brand's reputation and customer experience. A prospective franchisee should understand that this restriction is a key part of the franchise agreement and is essential for maintaining the integrity of the Amorino brand.
