To that end, we shall have the right to enter upon the Store premises during regular business hours to make quality assurance inspections. Amorino may inspect the premises, and evaluate personnel, products and services as it deems advisable to maintain the quality of the franchise system and to confirm that the Store is in compliance with the franchise agreement.
