What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must represent themselves to the public as independent contractors operating their stores under a franchise from Amorino. Franchisees are required to conspicuously identify themselves and their franchised business as an independent franchisee of Amorino in all dealings with customers, contractors, suppliers, public officials, and others.

The FDD specifies that franchisees must place a notice of their independent status in a conspicuous place within the store. The exact form of this notice will be provided by Amorino. The placement of this notice must be determined in agreement between Amorino and the franchisee.

This requirement ensures that customers and other parties understand that the franchisee is an independent entity and not directly part of the Amorino corporation. This distinction is important for legal and liability reasons, as well as for managing customer expectations about who they are doing business with. Franchisees should ensure they fully comply with Amorino's requirements regarding the form and placement of this notice to avoid any potential issues or breaches of the franchise agreement.
