In all advertising, promotions, signs and other display materials, you shall identify the Store under the Proprietary Mark "Amorino" and at all times, you shall identify yourself as an independent franchise owner of the Franchised Business at such conspicuous locations at the Store as Amorino and in other notices as Amorino may require.

The form and content of any such identifications and notices shall comply with the standards set forth in the Manual.
