What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Compliance Questionnaire does ask if the prospective franchisee understands all the information in the FDD and any state-specific addendum. Specifically, question 7 of the questionnaire asks: "Do you understand all of the information in the FDD and any state-specific Addendum to the FDD?" The franchisee must answer "Yes" or "No".

If the prospective franchisee answers "No", they are then asked to specify which parts of the FDD and/or addendum they do not understand. This requires the franchisee to attach additional pages to explain their answer. This level of detail ensures that Amorino is aware of any misunderstandings or knowledge gaps the franchisee may have before entering into the franchise agreement.

In addition to understanding the FDD, the questionnaire also verifies that the franchisee has received and personally reviewed the Franchise Agreement and related agreements. It further asks if the franchisee understands all the information in the Franchise Agreement and each related agreement. Finally, the questionnaire asks if the franchisee has discussed the benefits and risks of establishing and operating an Amorino business with their own legal counsel or advisor. These questions are designed to ensure that the franchisee is fully informed and prepared before making a final decision.
