What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor's email address is not explicitly mentioned as being specified in the franchise agreement. However, the FDD does state that all notices required or permitted under the agreement should be in writing and can be delivered personally, sent by a nationally recognized next-day delivery service, sent by registered or certified mail, or by facsimile.

The notices are to be given to the respective parties at the addresses set forth on the Data Sheet, unless and until a different address has been designated by written notice to the other party. The Data Sheet is part of the franchise agreement.

While the FDD specifies methods for delivering notices, it does not explicitly require or mention the inclusion of an email address for the franchisor in the Data Sheet or any other part of the franchise agreement. A prospective franchisee should confirm with Amorino whether email is an acceptable form of communication and where to find the appropriate contact information.
