What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee's address for all notices required or permitted under the Franchise Agreement should be specified on the Data Sheet. This ensures that all official communications, whether delivered personally, via next-day delivery service, registered or certified mail, or by facsimile, are directed to the correct address.

The Data Sheet is a crucial component of the franchise agreement, serving as a repository for essential information specific to the franchisee and their business. By including the franchisee's address on the Data Sheet, Amorino ensures that there is a clear and readily accessible record of where all formal notices should be sent. This helps to avoid any confusion or disputes regarding proper notification procedures.

It is important for prospective Amorino franchisees to verify that the address listed on the Data Sheet is accurate and up-to-date. Furthermore, franchisees must promptly notify Amorino in writing of any changes to their address to ensure that they continue to receive all important notices and communications related to their franchise. Failure to maintain an accurate address on file could result in missed deadlines or other adverse consequences.
