What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when new products or services are introduced, Amorino may conduct training sessions. The Supervising Principal and Manager (if applicable) must attend these sessions. While the training itself is provided free of charge, the franchisee is responsible for all expenses related to their attendance.
These expenses include travel, dining, and other related costs. The FDD indicates that these training sessions are generally completed within one day, so overnight lodging is typically not required, but travel and dining would still be the franchisee's responsibility.
This means that franchisees need to budget for these potential costs when new products are introduced to the Amorino system. It is important to note that products and services available at the time of the store opening are not considered new products, and therefore do not trigger these training expenses.
