What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase 'Amorino Goods and Services' from Amorino or its designated sources, including its affiliates like -18° and Amorino Trading, LLC.

These 'Amorino Goods and Services' encompass a range of items necessary for operating the franchise. While the document does not provide an exhaustive list, it specifies that franchisees must purchase all products, equipment (such as refrigerators, freezers, and blenders), supplies, and materials, including the Proprietary Products, from approved suppliers. These suppliers, including Amorino or its affiliates, must meet Amorino's standards for quality control, capacity, and reliability.

In practical terms, this means an Amorino franchisee has limited flexibility in sourcing key ingredients and equipment. They must rely on Amorino's approved suppliers, potentially impacting costs and supply chain logistics. However, Amorino may negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers for the franchisee's benefit and may obtain rebates or discounts based on the franchisee's purchases.
