What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino does not directly deliver or install equipment for the store. However, Amorino may help coordinate the delivery and installation of most furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Amorino will not help coordinate the delivery and installation of any equipment which they have not authorized the franchisee to purchase and install.
Prior to opening the store, Amorino will provide the franchisee with written specifications for the initial and replacement supplies, equipment, and exterior and interior signs required for the store. The franchisee is responsible for purchasing these items to equip the store according to Amorino's requirements for fixtures, furnishings, equipment, interior and exterior signage, artwork, and graphics. In many cases, franchisees are required to purchase these items from Amorino's affiliate -18° or Amorino Trading.
This means that while Amorino provides guidance and specifications for the necessary equipment, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for purchasing and ensuring the proper installation of these items. The fact that Amorino may coordinate some aspects of delivery and installation can be helpful, but the franchisee should confirm the extent of this assistance and factor in the costs and logistics of equipment procurement and setup.
