No later than 180 days prior to expiration of the current term, Amorino will give you a list of all necessary renovations, upgrades, and new or replacement furniture, fixtures, and equipment that must be purchased or installed, however failure to timely provide such list shall not be a waiver of Amorino's right to require that such improvements or upgrades be made.

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to renew their franchise agreement, Amorino must provide a list of required renovations, upgrades, and new equipment no later than 180 days before the current term expires. However, Amorino's failure to provide the list on time does not waive their right to require these improvements as a condition of renewal.
This means that as a franchisee, you should expect to receive this list at least six months before your current term ends, allowing you time to plan and budget for the necessary changes. Even if the list is late, you are still obligated to complete the renovations to meet Amorino's current standards if you wish to renew your franchise agreement.
