In what currencies will I be billed for furniture and fixtures imported for my Amorino franchise?

Amorino Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

e POS System as described in Item 11. All furniture and most fixtures are imported from Italy, France or Mexico and invoices will be billed in Euros or Mexican Pesos. The amounts shown here will vary depending on the currency exchange rates. These costs do not include the costs of air conditioning equipment. For air conditioning equipment, you must either choose a ducted or a ductless system. The ducted system consists of an air handler located somewhere in the premises with duct work that distributes air around the store. The air handler requires fresh air to operate properly.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, furniture and most fixtures are imported from Italy, France, or Mexico. As a result, invoices for these items will be billed in Euros or Mexican Pesos. The FDD also notes that the amounts shown for these items may vary depending on currency exchange rates at the time of purchase.

For a mobile structure unit imported from Europe, the invoice will be in Euros. As an example, the ex-factory price of an Apecar mobile unit is around Euro 28,800, or $34,560, but this dollar amount can fluctuate with currency exchange rates.

Given that a significant portion of the initial investment is subject to currency exchange rates, prospective Amorino franchisees should carefully monitor these rates and factor potential fluctuations into their financial planning. It would be prudent to consult with financial advisors to develop strategies for managing currency risks.
