What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Amorino FDD, the Head of CPF's Operations Department, Clementine Paultel, coordinates the training program. Clementine Paultel has held this position since January 2023. Before this, she was Amorino's Head of Digital & Activation from February 2021 to December 2022. Prior to joining Amorino, Mrs. Paultel was Head of Innovation for Costa Coffee from August 2017 to August 2019.
Amorino requires the individual owner operating the store, or the manager, and up to one additional employee to attend these training programs. If a franchisee opens additional stores, they must undergo the same initial training for each new location. The instructors for the training program will have at least one year of experience working as an Amorino Trainer or in an Amorino point of sale retail location. They will also be knowledgeable about all three types of Amorino stores and all operational aspects of the business.
Franchisees are responsible for covering all transportation, food, lodging, and similar costs incurred while attending the initial and any additional training sessions. This also includes the costs for Amorino's instructors to provide training at the franchisee's store location. This financial responsibility is a standard practice in franchising, where franchisees typically bear the expenses associated with training.
