What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must provide construction progress reports to Amorino. Specifically, the franchisee is required to notify Amorino in writing when construction begins. Following this notification, the franchisee must submit reports on the progress of the construction on a weekly basis.
Amorino retains the right to request these reports more frequently than weekly if they deem it necessary. Additionally, Amorino and its designees have the right to inspect the construction site at all reasonable times during the construction phase.
This requirement ensures that Amorino can monitor the construction and ensure it aligns with their standards and specifications. It also allows Amorino to identify and address any potential issues or delays promptly. For a prospective franchisee, this means allocating time and resources to prepare and submit these reports regularly and being prepared for potential site inspections by Amorino.
