To whom must the Amorino Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreements be delivered?

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, each of the franchisee's Principals and managers must execute and deliver a Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement to Amorino. The agreement must be in the form of Attachment C of the FDD.

This requirement ensures that Amorino can protect its confidential information and enforce non-competition terms with those individuals who have significant influence or access to sensitive information within the franchise. Principals typically include owners, partners, or major shareholders, while managers are those in charge of day-to-day operations.

As a prospective franchisee, it is important to understand who qualifies as a Principal or manager within your business structure, as each person falling under those categories will be required to sign and deliver the agreement to Amorino.
