What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is conducted at their Paris headquarters. The initial training program lasts for ten days. After the initial training, Amorino will also send one or more individuals to the franchisee's store location to provide five consecutive days of on-site training and store opening assistance.
It is important to note that the franchisee is responsible for all travel, lodging, dining, and similar costs for both the initial training in Paris and the on-site assistance at their store. Amorino does not have a fixed schedule for initial training programs, instead offering them on an as-needed basis when new franchisees join the system. The initial training program will be provided after the franchise agreement is signed and at least one month before the store's scheduled opening.
For franchisees who sign an area development agreement, Amorino provides the ten-day Paris training only for the first location. The five-day on-site training is provided at the first, second, and third stores, but not for any subsequent stores. Additional store opening assistance may be provided at the franchisee's request (or if Amorino requires it based on performance), but this comes with a per diem fee and reimbursement of all travel, lodging, dining, and similar costs for the individuals providing the assistance.
