You shall purchase your requirements of Amorino Goods and Services from Amorino or its designated sources. Such goods and services shall be made available for purchase at such prices as determined from time to time, and according to the supplier's then-current purchase terms and conditions. You are required to purchase the majority of the Amorino Goods and Services from our Affiliate -18° and our Affiliate Amorino Trading, LLC. You may purchase Amorino Goods and Services only from suppliers designated by Amorino and who may be Affiliates of Amorino.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase Amorino Goods and Services from Amorino or its designated sources. These goods and services are available at prices determined by the supplier's current purchase terms and conditions. The majority of these goods and services must be purchased from Amorino's Affiliates, -18° and Amorino Trading, LLC. Franchisees may only purchase Amorino Goods and Services from suppliers designated by Amorino, who may be Affiliates of Amorino.
In addition to the specified goods and services, franchisees must purchase all other products, equipment (including refrigerators, freezers, and blenders), supplies, and materials used or sold by the franchised business, including the Proprietary Products, solely from suppliers who meet Amorino's standards and specifications. These suppliers must demonstrate the ability to meet Amorino's standards, possess adequate quality controls and capacity to supply the franchisee's needs promptly and reliably, and be approved by Amorino in the Manual or otherwise in writing.
Amorino retains the right to re-inspect and re-evaluate the facilities and products of any approved supplier and revoke its general approval of particular products or suppliers if they no longer meet Amorino's standards or for other business reasons. Franchisees must cease selling any disapproved products and stop purchasing from any disapproved supplier upon receiving written notice of such revocation. Furthermore, franchisees are required to participate in all promotional activities and purchase such promotional items and coupons as directed by Amorino.
