What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with additional training. Amorino may require a Supervising Principal, Manager, or other designated employees to attend additional training courses, seminars, or programs based on the franchisee's performance.

The franchisee must pay Amorino for the reasonable cost of providing this additional training, which is currently up to $400 per day. In addition to this per diem fee, the franchisee is also responsible for covering all related costs and expenses. These include the salaries, travel, lodging, and dining costs for all individuals participating in the additional training.

This means that if Amorino mandates additional training for performance-related issues, the franchisee will incur significant expenses beyond the initial franchise investment. This could impact profitability, especially if multiple employees require training or if travel and lodging costs are substantial. Prospective franchisees should factor these potential costs into their financial projections and discuss the criteria for required additional training with Amorino to understand the circumstances that might trigger this requirement.
