What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Area Developer is required to execute individual franchise agreements for each outlet they open. Prior to opening each location, the Area Developer must enter into the current form of the Franchise Agreement. A separate copy of the Franchise Agreement will be executed for each outlet, specifying the location, protected territory, and other details relevant to that specific facility.
This requirement ensures that each Amorino location operated by the Area Developer is governed by its own individual franchise agreement, allowing for specific terms and conditions tailored to each location. It also allows Amorino to maintain consistent standards and quality across all franchised locations, as each agreement will be based on the then-current form.
Furthermore, the FDD states that the company only provides Paris ten-day initial training for the first location and onsite five-day training at the first, second, and third stores. After the Area Developer has opened enough stores to achieve a discount on the Initial Franchise Fees of greater than 50%, the Area Developer will be responsible for training the managers of subsequent stores.
