Who must approve the Supervising Principal for an Amorino franchise?

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino must approve the Supervising Principal. The Supervising Principal is the individual who directly supervises the Amorino store and its daily operations on-site. If the franchisee is a business entity, the Supervising Principal should be the individual principal who owns a controlling interest in the franchise.

The Supervising Principal has full control over the day-to-day management and operations of the store. To gain approval, the Supervising Principal must attend and successfully complete Amorino's initial training program and any additional training that Amorino requires, to Amorino's satisfaction.

This requirement ensures that the individual in charge of the daily operations of the Amorino franchise meets Amorino's standards and is adequately trained to manage the business effectively. For prospective franchisees, this means that they or their designated Supervising Principal will need to be vetted and approved by Amorino, and they must commit to completing the required training programs.
