- l) provide, offer, sell and grant others the right to provide, offer and sell services and goods similar to and/or competitive with those provided at Amorino Stores, whether identified by the Proprietary Marks or other trademarks or service marks, at festivals, cultural or trade exhibitions, or other public events, both inside and outside the Territory.
If you desire to participate in any such event or events in your Development Territory, you must notify us of the type and location of the event, the nature of your proposed participation and any other information we reasonably request.
We will have a reasonable time to consider and grant or deny your request or to elect to undertake the participation ourselves.

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino retains the right to offer and sell goods and services similar to those found in Amorino stores at festivals, cultural or trade exhibitions, and other public events, both inside and outside a franchisee's territory. This includes the right to allow others to do the same.
For a franchisee who wants to participate in such events within their development territory, they must notify Amorino of the event's type and location, the nature of their proposed participation, and any other information Amorino reasonably requests. Amorino then has a reasonable time to either approve or deny the franchisee's request or to elect to participate in the event themselves.
This clause means that while franchisees can potentially expand their reach through local events, Amorino maintains control over these opportunities. Amorino can either authorize the franchisee's participation, deny it, or take over the event themselves, which could impact a franchisee's potential revenue and market presence in their territory.
