Intranet/Extranet System.
Amorino may, at its option, establish and maintain a computer network through which members of the Amorino franchise network may communicate and through which Amorino may disseminate Confidential Information.
Amorino will have no obligation to establish or to maintain the network.
Amorino may establish policies and procedures for use of such network.
You acknowledge that, Amorino can access and view any communication on the network.
You further acknowledge that the intranet network and services and all communications that are posted to it will become Amorino's property, free of any claims of privacy or privilege that you or any other individual may assert.
If you fail to pay when due any amount payable to Amorino under this Agreement, or if you fail to comply with any policy or procedure governing the network, Amorino may temporarily suspend your access.
