Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Initial Training. As described earlier, we offer a two-week Initial Training (also referred to as AmeriSpec® Academy) that consists of a one-week technical training on the performance of home inspections and a one-week management training on operating a business. We hold Initial Training at our training facility located in Memphis, Tennessee approximately six times per year, but we may hold our Initial Training virtually when travel or in-person meetings are restricted.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, the company typically holds its initial training, also known as AmeriSpec Academy, at its training facility in Memphis, Tennessee, approximately six times per year. However, Amerispec Inspection Services may conduct the initial training virtually if travel or in-person meetings are restricted. This provides flexibility for both the franchisor and franchisees in situations where physical attendance is not feasible or advisable.

This virtual training option ensures that new franchisees can still receive the necessary training to operate their business, even when faced with logistical challenges. The initial training consists of a two-week program, with one week focused on the technical aspects of home inspections and the other on business management.

For prospective franchisees, this means that the initial training format may vary depending on circumstances. It is important to confirm with Amerispec Inspection Services the current training schedule and format, especially if travel restrictions or health concerns are a factor. Understanding the training delivery method will help in planning and preparing for the launch of their franchise.
