Can the 'System of Operation' be changed by Amerispec Inspection Services?

According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company retains the right to modify or change its policies, procedures, and directives. This includes the ability to change or add to the services offered by the franchised business. This gives Amerispec Inspection Services considerable latitude in evolving the brand and its service offerings.

Amerispec Inspection Services also has the right to designate a single source from whom franchisees must purchase the Computer System, any software or hardware components thereof or associated service, and the Company or its affiliates may be that single source. Upon 60 days written notice, Franchisee will be required to use and, at the Company's discretion, pay for all future updates, supplements, and modifications to the Computer System. This includes the software used in the Franchised Business, including business contact management software and inspection software. New releases of the Software may be provided at additional cost and may be contingent upon execution of a new software license agreement by Franchisee. The company also reserves the right to assign its rights, title and interest in the Software to a third party designated by the Company or to replace the Software.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that the way they conduct their Amerispec Inspection Services business could change over time based on decisions made by the company. They may be required to adopt new technologies, offer different services, or comply with updated operational guidelines. While franchisees must adhere to these changes, they also benefit from being part of a system that can adapt to market demands and maintain brand consistency.
