The name for the address of the e-mail account (e-mail address) shall be as follows: (Franchisee's first initial) (Franchisee's last name)@AmeriSpec.net.
For example: RSkinner@AmeriSpec.net.
In the event a particular e-mail address is not available (for example, an existing franchisee has the same last name and first initial), then an alternative e-mail address will be provided.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 AmeriSpec Inspection Services FDD, the standard naming convention for the email address is (Franchisee's first initial)(Franchisee's last name)@AmeriSpec.net. For example, if the franchisee's name is Robert Skinner, the email address would be RSkinner@AmeriSpec.net.
AmeriSpec Inspection Services will provide up to two email accounts per franchise at no cost. This is beneficial for franchisees who may have multiple individuals involved in the business, such as in cases of co-ownership or when the franchise is owned by a legal entity with multiple guarantors. Additional email accounts can be created, but the franchisee will incur extra charges for them.
It's important to note that AmeriSpec Inspection Services retains ownership of the email account and address. In the event that a particular email address is not available, an alternative email address will be provided. Franchisees are also restricted from sharing the email account with any other person or entity without prior written approval from AmeriSpec Inspection Services, ensuring that the account is used exclusively by the franchisee.
