What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase a Marketing and Technology Bundle from Amerispec Inspection Services. This bundle is part of the pre-opening assistance that Amerispec Inspection Services provides to new franchisees.
The Marketing and Technology Bundle includes licenses for the AmeriSpec Inspection Software (AIS) and the AmeriSpec Management System (AMS). The initial license fee for AIS is $1,000 for the first year, and this fee is included within the Marketing and Technology Bundle. Similarly, the initial license fee for AMS is $300, which is also included in the Marketing and Technology Bundle. Franchisees will also be responsible for annual fees for both software systems.
In addition to the software licenses, the Marketing and Technology Bundle likely includes other marketing and technology resources necessary for starting the franchise. Franchisees should review Item 8 of the FDD for details on approved suppliers for other items needed to operate the business. The cost of the Marketing and Technology Bundle is separate from the estimated $1,100 to $1,300 annual cost for computer and equipment services, which includes items like a printer, computer, software, and internet not included in the bundle.
