What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, franchisees are generally limited to offering services related to single-family residences, multi-family dwellings (up to four families), and commercial buildings. To offer other types of inspection services, an Amerispec Inspection Services franchisee must first obtain written consent from the company.
Amerispec Inspection Services franchisees must use their designated office space exclusively for selling goods and services authorized by the company under the AmeriSpec Inspection Services names and marks. Any deviation from this requires written approval from Amerispec Inspection Services. This policy ensures that the franchisee focuses on the core services and maintains the brand's integrity.
Amerispec Inspection Services retains the right to modify the services offered by the franchised business, giving them the ability to add or change service offerings. Franchisees must comply with all rules, regulations, and directives in the franchise agreement and manuals, including merchandising, promotion, and advertising policies. This allows Amerispec Inspection Services to adapt its service offerings and marketing strategies, ensuring franchisees stay aligned with the company's evolving business model.
